Rolls-Royce interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me after reviewing my resume and scheduled a 30 min phone screening. Went through the phone screening, it went well but not perfect. Gave them plenty of information and was told they would pass it along to the hiring manager. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks, I only found out that I didn’t get the job by seeing online that the job posting was closed. They didn’t even send so much as an automated email to let me know that I wasn’t selected. This is no way to treat people. I will never understand taking 30 minutes out of your day to interview someone but not being able to take 5 seconds to send an automated email letting them know they weren’t selected.

Online interview with some technical questions and some behavioural. Very nice interviewers who make it straightforward for the application process. Technical questions were structured by them and so easy to answer.
