Rolls-Royce interview questions

Phone interview and a live interview with the hiring manager. Technical assessment, personality assessment, team work skills, communication skills, specific technical questions aimed at understanding past experience. Technical questions are aimed at the specific department that the job will be in. All stress questions will cover or be related to the daily tasks of the job and you are expected to know most or all of these.

I met them at the career fair at Texas A&M and talked to recruiters. I thought it didn't go to well, but got a call the next day for an interview. We met at a hotel and most of the questions were behavioral and only asked me technical question.
