Interview
Assessment Centre: Presentation, Verbal Reasoning, Case Study, Teamwork exercise, Technical Interview. Overall nice experience, they give you time to talk to graduates from the same scheme and they try to make you feel comfortable. The assessors were really responsive, so I felt there was a two-way communication at all times and even if it was a day long assessment centre, it felt less tiring than some job interviews.

Q&A
Made to feel very welcome but exhausting day being constantly watched and assessed. In the end was placed on the reserve list.
Group task was to make paper airplanes fir a ficticious airline company. Not a very enjoyable task but the key things they are looking for id communication skills and teamworking so focus on that.
