Rolls-Royce interview questions

I completed a phone interview consisting of behavioral questions and one engineering question. They said it could be a short time or a very long time before I heard back. The application process ended when they suddenly eliminated the Test Vehicle Engineer position.

Rigorous, intense, a full day affair. Split into a morning and afternoon session. There was a group exercise and lots of mingling required at lunch time. Had a tour of the facilities as well which was fun. Was very competitive and there were definitely people there who had applied before and were there for a seond time.
