I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, Inglaterra) in Nov 2018
Interview
Filling out online form, then numerical, situational judgement and logical reasoning test. Was then invited to an assessment centre in Derby and had a 1 hour motivation/competency interview, a 1 hour technical interview and a group exercise.
Submitted a resume then received an email scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was a basic review and confirmation of video recorded interview and phone interview w actual manager. The contract recruiter was disparaging about the hiring manager and said let me know if you don’t get the interview scheduled and I will have to ride him to do his job. Never received a follow up scheduled interview, notified recruiter, and never heard anything. I think the recruiter just dropped the ball. Very unprofessional process.
