Online tests, screening process then final assessment centre. Found their communication to be lacking and was shocked when i heard back after the AC saying that they decided to stop hiring anyway.

I had an initial phone interview and was told I made it to the next round and would hear back soon about scheduling an interview with the hiring manager. The HR person was very nice during this call. Two weeks went by and nothing. I emailed after three weeks and didn’t get a response back, then waited another month and emailed again. No response.
