Completed an online task, about personality and logic. Also must answer to 3 questions that can be found in RR website. These questions are really important as the recruitment team highly depends on them.

Applied online, was quickly invited to complete online assessments. After the tests, waited around 4 weeks for a response and then was invited to an assessment centre, with a detailed outline of the days events. At the assessment centre, you will have 2 interviews, a competency interview which includes a 10 minute presentation about why you should get the job and a technical interview which will be more subject specific and will test your problem solving and analytical skills. As well as the interviews, there will be a hands on team building exercise, emphasis appeared to be on effective teamwork and communication rather than a successful build.
