I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, Inglaterra)
Interview
After Cv check I had to do some online tests. Both about my personality and intelligence tests. Afterwards I got an invitation for an assessment centre on site. Including both technical and personal interviews, and a group assessment. I also had to give a short presentation about myself. I was given the opportunity to ask a lot of questions and tell them what I would expect of a work placement. Rolls Royce paid the travel costs and hotel etc. One week later they called with an offer.
