Filled in an online application form, then had online tests, numerical, logic and English skills. Then was invited for an assessment day featuring two interviews, one character and one technical. The character interview also tested your knowledge of the company and how it functions. Also featured a group activity and had to re do the numerical test.

A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Interview
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
