Interview
All day interview, broken up into 3, 45-60 minute interviews with different engineering managers and current program members, lunch a practical exercise and a tour. The interviews were separated into a behavioral interview with a brief 5 minute presentation about yourself, a technical interview, and a peer interview with current program members.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions, even in the technical interview focuses on thought process and examples of your problem solving. The practical exercise included examining a part to determine its non-conformance and analyzing the most likely cause of its non-conformance.
