Met on-campus at a job fair and then was contacted for an interview with two people from Rolls Royce the following day. After that I was given a weeks notice for an interview at their Assessment Center in Indianapolis. I have the interview tomorrow so I guess I'll find out what that's all about then.

After the online tests I was invited to the assessment center. It entails a technical interview, team exercise and a presentation. It is exactly what they tell you in the invitation email. No surprises.
