I applied very late around mid Feb 2018. Did some online tests and then after passing those got invited to an Assessment centre in May 2018. The Assessment centre consisted of a 5 min presentation to one of the recruiters about why you want to work for the company, a 30 min case study with another recruiter and finally a group excercise (of 5) case study on a business problem. In the group excercise it is important you show teamwork, collaboration, listening skills, time management, leadership

Applied through university, within 3-5 days received an email and phone call stating that I was asked to a attend interview the following week. After verbally receiving an offer, there was a hiring pause, yet HR handled it well, I received a phone call or email from them every week on the progress. I received official offer 3 months from the interview date.
