I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2009
Interview
Mid-career position, telephone interview/chat followed by discussions with managers. The opening seemed fairly undefined, more like interviewing for entry into a department/career structure than anything else. They seemed pleased to offer to the right kind of person, but were vague on specfics and I should have asked more questions. The job questiions were easy, and HR set some standard questions about unusual situations,.
