There were six questions asked in total. Each question had many parts to it, so it was very challenging to think of the specific scenarios to best answer each question. The time slot was only 45min, but the questions asked takes longer to answer, so be prepared and talk fast and get to the point. Be prepared for behavioral questions as well as technical questions in your specific leadership program. The best way to prepare for this interview (the inital interview) is to research some common behavioral questions and think of answer to those and be able to add or take away details at the actual interview.
