Rolls-Royce Internship interview questions

Met at a career fair, had to take some tests, and then had an in-person interview. After that I traveled to Indianapolis and had a full day-interview at their interviewing center. They were extremely accommodating and friendly, overall a great experience. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process.

Simple online application with some questions. Followed by numerical and verbal online test. After this was invited to assessment centre in Derby. At the assessment centre had to redo the numerical test, then presentation about myself which I had prepared in advance and competency interview. After this, group exercise where we had to build a tower using paper, cups etc costing our material. After lunch technical interview where they ask you a question about a jet engine and a question about the performance of materials (stress/strain).
