quick process, online application was quite long and the layout of the tests were different to others I had seen they included: numerical, verbal, logical etc
then telephone interview and assessment centre - 2 interviews 1 technical and 1 competency based interview and a group exercise and redo the tests

One interview asking behavioral questions (why Rolls-Royce, why Engineering, how will you contribute). The technical part was the interviewer asking questions about gas turbines. Study the basics and you will get the job.
