Talk with hiring manager, discussed basics of the company and the position. After passing that, proceeded to technical interview with potential team members, where each one asked prepared questions about Linux, automation (Ansible), VMware, and Windows. Very structured and no casual discussion. If you pass that, would move on to interview with management.
