Rockwell Automation Project Manager interview questions

Short but sweet. Was asked to give a presentation about myself to a panel of 6 people consisting of HR, functional managers, hiring managers and peers. The whole process took 4 weeks, but only needed one on-site interview which followed a phone screen.

The hiring process is simple. I got a friend to referral to HR. Then we had a phone interview first. After that, to meet the director for 2nd round and team lead for the 3rd round. Both of them are nice and friendly sessions just asking some project experiences and skills check.
