The interview was scheduled at a career fair at my college campus. Many other candidates were chosen as well too interview for many positions, mostly sales or management. To the point. Two interviewers.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
They flew me out to Wisconsin and it was a 2 day process. Fed us and everything. Interview process was pretty unique. Gave a presentation and did a little group project thing. I would have accepted the offer if I got one but in hindsight I’m glad i didn’t, I want to work in something other than sales and I hadn’t realized it yet
