Interview
The Interview Process was in 2 stages. The first stage was a telephone screening by a technical recruiter and for the second stage, a panel interview took place, where questions were related to behavioral questions and some related to the role.

What were some of the challenges you faced in your previous role and how can those skills , experience be applied to this role?

Interview
I was called for an interview only couple days after I submit my application. Participants were HR, Dept manager and supervisor. They never talked about any achievements I made and focused on questioning weak points only i.e. why you left, how do you make your living, do you have unregistered income etc. Interview was totally unprofessional and they asked me speak English to see if It's good enough however when I found one question unclear HR person couldn't explain it clearly. On top of that other two person never spoke English. I believe they didn't have proper fluency. After this strange interview I waited for a month to get a good or bad answer from them but it didn't come. Finally I sent HR one email and she replied me with standard annoying template saying they already hired someone. What a disrespect is that. Overall I strongly discourage all the unemployed contacting Rockwell's Turkish branch.
