I had a relatively simple technical phone interview that covered some basic algorithms I knew from first-year college courses. I was a first year student at the time, so I suppose they probably didn't expect much more of me. After passing this interview, I was scheduled for a further onsite interview, but I got a better offer before the time came for this, so I stopped there.

Question 1
What programming languages are you comfortable with?
After an initial screening, there is a first-round interview which really isn't an interview. A series of questions are posed and you record video responses. The questions were quite basic; the process is robotic.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Fort Collins, CO) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was offered an on-campus interview on the day following the career fair. The position was an internship program for engineer sales. I had spoken with Rockwell's representatives at previous fairs.
