Roche QA Manager interview questions

The Hiring manager posted the postion internally and I saw the post and applied for the position. I was contacted by the hiring manager and asked to come to a panel interview consisting of three Directors and three direct reports of the position being filled. The interview was fairly simple with the standard questions of experience/passion/change management/relationship management.
