There was 2 parts to the process after the application (which included both a CV and cover letter). The first part was 2 questions online. If successful you will be invited to the assessment centre. The assessment centre was really interesting and all the staff are really nice.

It was done in rounds on the day - you would have 2 interviewers per round and 3 rounds. Very kind and approachable. Always asked if you had questions at the end. The offer was received a day or 2 post-interview.

Interview
The interview process consisted of an online application, online video interview, online assessment, and finally, an in-person assessment centre. The in-person assessment day consisted of a written logical reasoning test, 3 sets of short interviews on motivation, experience and statistical knowledge, as well as an assessed group work and short presentation.
