I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Roche
Interview
I went through a multi-stage interview process with this company, which included an online meeting with the Hiring Manager and a full interview day in Basel, featuring a seminar and several individual interviews. Overall, the interviews were conducted in a relaxed atmosphere, and the questions were fair and relevant, although the process itself took quite long (around 4 months). However, I found the communication aspect post-interview to be somewhat disappointing. After investing time and effort in the interview day, it took several months to hear anything back. Ultimately, I received the final decision through an impersonal email or questionnaire requesting feedback about my interview experience. As an applicant who participated in the interview day, I had hoped for a more professional and respectful way to receive the decision. I believe that a phone call or even an automated email would have demonstrated greater consideration for applicants, compared to not hearing anything back at all.

Question 1
Many questions about - previous experience - what I am looking for in a job - what I could bring to the team
I had a first screening interview right after I applied online. The interview was quite difficult with specific questions related to the position. The interview was 2 month ago and I haven't heard back since and haven't even received an automated rejection email either.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roche in Mar 2025
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn and heard back from HR after 2 weeks. Scheduled first virtual call with hiring manager after a week. Followed up with both HR and hiring manager after another week. Never heard back from HR for next step. It feels like they already have an internal candidate since the hiring manager wasn't even trying to make the first call as interview, more of casual chatting.
