Very thorough and had 3 interviews. One with hiring RBM, HR and Sales director. Final interview was a panel and had to do a presentation on a mock selling scenario

It was very detailed, long and informative (on my end). Scrutiny happens in every step, which is good. The process was very challenging and they do not leave any stone not turned during their background check process.
