Robert Half Software Developer interview questions

Three part interview. First is job description what your background is. Second one is technical test. Third is conversation with upper management. Fairly simple, not real "gotcha" questions. Straight forward conversation about programming what they need.

Was called after sending CV in. I'd received three offers elsewhere, and the RH recruiter laughed at me when I said my salary expectations and told me I'd never get that (even though the three offers were far more than the RH recruiter said I'd be able to get, and the RH job would have required me to relocate to a higher CoL area). Proceeded to tell me there were jobs with that salary available, but the type of university I'd graduated from wasn't good enough.
