Robert Half Senior Data Engineer interview questions

Interviewed with a joke start-up company. The most awkward interview I have ever been a part of. I could barely understand anything that was being said. I had no idea what the hiring manager wanted, why the position was open. I was tempted to simply say "no thank you", when the hiring manager pulled up a Google sheets document to started writing SQL code in. It's impossible to write SQL code in a google sheets workbook.
