Robert Half Rrecruiter interview questions

Greg (recruiter) called me and did an initial phone screen. He told me he would get back to me on next steps and then ghosted me. How does a recruiter ghost another recruiter ?

I had three interviews in total from initial phone screening, followed by behavioral and situational interviews to assess communication, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills. Also role-play exercises, and discussions on recruitment metrics, diversity hiring, and talent acquisition strategies.
