I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn Bye the branch manager and soon after called for a phone interview. I met at the main office to days later for formal interview and stayed for about two hours. The interview went very well
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Louisville, KY) in Jul 2016
Interview
I met with the regional manager at a coffee shop, then I took a test online, and eventually went into the office (where NO ONE seemed happy to be there).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was nothing that stuck out as far as questions asked. What I remember, and why I didn't take the job that was offered to me, was that you have to work from 7am to 5:30/6pm, and they expect you to be available in the evenings as well. It felt like you'd just get worked to the bone and never have a family life.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Austin, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was an easy interview process. The first interview was as a candidate and a one on one with the branch manager, the second step was one on one interviews with the rest of the team members. The final step was a two hour job shadowing on the floor with the team and then an offer was made.

Question 1
They asked questions around past experience, behavioral questions, and how you work in teams. The questions were not tough at all. Be prepared to answer your biggest weakness.
