Interview process: I applied to the job post. Then I received an email. It requested my resume again with times for an interview. First was a quick call to set up an online camera interview with the recruiter. Standard industry questions about my experience and resume were questions that she asked. I asked my own questions per my personal preferences. She was professional and friendly. Then I was given a timeline.

Virtual interview as screening for client long list. Usual Qs around salary of course the client has provided a budget. Best to plead ignorance and get them to be transparent, unless you're clear what your bottom line is...and that you're risking getting offered your bottom line, if you make it through to an offer.
