Several virtual interviews with the immediate hiring manager and the team lead. For a recruiting firm; the process wasn't as smooth/buttoned up as I expected. The team lead seemed bored and had an "impress me/tell me why I should hire you" attitude. Interview made it clear the position and firm are extremely metrics based.
