Robert Half interview questions

I applied to be a consultant (mostly in Program Management) with Robert Half. The initial interview happened pretty quickly and shortly after I was moved onto the second round interview. The recruiter was very impressed with my interviewing skills and assured me I'd hear back soon. I followed up with the recruiter 2 weeks after not hearing anything and absolutely zero response. No updates, no rejection, just completely ghosted. Very disrespectful to not provide applicants with at least some type of update. Needless to say I'm glad it didn't work out if this is how they hire people/
