Robert Half interview questions

The person that interviewed me was a VP but she was recruiting. She did not know how to read a resume and acted as a gatekeeper. While I did try to explain how some of my past experience correlates she seemed to listen and then asked if I had any job offers so far. When I said yes she seemed frustrated like it was impossible.

Good and enlightening. Person gave me all the facts and let me know the salary potential at my position. Very friendly and easy interview. 10 out of 10 in terms of genuine personality.
