The interview process is very casual and difficult to identify how accurate the information being provided is, and if you're truly a candidate for the position being discussed with the recruiter.

Question 1
What difficult managerial situations have I been in, how did I respond as a result, and if that response was appropriate?
Very clear, remote. We set up the interview by email and met through a video call. The interviewer was very professional and friendly and we discussed all of my past work experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Robert Half (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
This was during Covid. Normally, you'd go into their office. I had a phone interview with the recruiter after I emailed her my resume. She asked me a lot of questions about my previous jobs, my skill set, how far I was willing to travel, and what salary I was aiming for.
She also discussed some of the benefits of working as a contractor.
