Interview
The recruiter did not completely review my resume only the last position and tried to place me based on her limited scope. I have extensive expeience in multiple industries with training, human resource, customer service, sales, business ownership experience, along with extensive Microsoft Office experience as a trainer, but they don't seem to dig deep into a persons complete background.

Interview
Multiple round interviews, you interview with teammates, branch manager & district manager. Interview is pretty simple 30 min interview via teams. Onboarding is a huge deal as well be prepared for a lot of meetings etc.

Informal interviews since I was introduced to the team through networking. The team was friendly and happy to answer any/all questions I had during the interview process. Overall good experience
