I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (New York, NY) in Apr 2014
Interview
I had to go in twice to interview. The first time I met with the sales Division Director and the Lead Recruiter. The second time I met with the Regional Manager and the recruiting Division Director. I know someone who worked there, so they an a bit of background information on me. I felt I could be myself and they wanted to make sure I would be a fit for the environment there and they wanted me to know the difficult parts of the job.

Question 1
Q: Are you going to be fine with a job coming at 5pm on Friday for 9am Monday and work to stay there and staff the position?
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2025
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
