I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
I interviewed for an administrative position to supplement my income. However, the interviewer suggested that I pursue a role as a recruiter. To do this, I had to interview later in the week at a different office with a district manager as well as the specific manager I would be working with long term. Overall, the experience was a positive one. I would recommend Robert Half/OfficeTeam to others I know.

Question 1
The interview wasn't super formal. Interviewer really just asked me questions about my past employment and the qualities I could bring to one of their clients.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2025
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
