      Branch Manager Interview

      May 24, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half in Apr 2017

      Interview

When I arrived at the office, no one was there to great me. I had to go to the counter and ring the door bell. I went and had a set in lobby area. Someone else came in after me and someone came out of office to talk with him. After he was done the lady asked me if I could help me. I said yes - I had an interview with......... She said she would let him know I was here. I waited for about 15 minutes until he came out. The interview was interesting. Discussed my 8 years experience and that we had the same clients. He said he would get back to me in a week and wanted me to do online application. He got up and walked to the office door and turned around and said good by. I had to find my own way out of office. I did reach out to him a week after the interview and did not hear back from him at all. I have worked for a staffing company for 8 years, this was the coldest reception I have got walking into this office. Very disappointed and uninviting.

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half

      Interview

In office and phone interviews. I met with a local branch manager and a district manager. They said they wanted to invite me back to an in office interview with upper management and would get back to me with a few dates/times. Never called back or returned my follow up email/call. I guess they changed their minds. No biggie. But it would have been polite to say so after indicating they were planning to interview me again 2 weeks later. I was very interested and did delay some job searching and other offers, assuming we were interviewing again.
