I applied online. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2012
Interview
Phone screen, and in person interview at the office. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out, but overall the process was reasonable. The recruiters there were friendly, and seem to genuinely try to get you a position quickly.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Began the process with a call. Spoke with a hiring manager who scheduled an in person interview. I
met with a hiring agent and discussed my background and areas interest in accounting or a managerial position. I was asked for my I9 info. I did not bring it and I was uncomfortable providing that on the first visit. Always thought that was asked and given upon being hired? Someone said they are discretely checking your age? I was disappointed if that were true.
At the interview I was given a job opportunity but, did not feel it a good fit for me and passed. I received an offer for an other potential assignment and had scheduled to meet for an interview. I ended up canceling however when I received the job post and it was dated 6 months past. I ended up deciding to continue my search through other efforts.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Troy, MI) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was really easy. You go to the office with your resume or portfolio the will pUT you with a recruiter. The recruiter will the interview you and evaluate you skills. There is also testing involved. But after that is done they call you with an assignment once they find something that matches your skill set and then you interview with the company you will be working for.
