First you submit your resume and cover to RH for a job that they are advertising. Then you are called by your representative at RH for a short get to know you and set up a FaceTime interview. Then you have a fairly formal interview on FaceTime and debrief about the Company you are interviewing. Also they go over your ideal situation if you don't get placed where you will interview so they can find something else more fitting. then they set up field interview and you interview again with the company you will work for. It sounds tedious but it was actually pleasant.
