River Island interview questions

applied via indeed application, got emailed a few days later to book in for a group assessment. very casual group meeting with one of the store managers. went round in a circle and were asked question such as; tell me about yourself, why we would like this role etc. lasted about 40mins, I left and was contacted 2 hours later via phone call with a job offer.

applied online via LinkedIn, then got called in for an interview in person in Manchester Trafford Centre. The interview was a group interview, around eight of us. Some of the tasks involved designing an outfit, listening to the person next to you experience and some examples of volunteering.
