River Island interview questions

Very easy, was a group interview, normal questions like what makes customer service and a bit about you. We were then given a situation like “woman going to wedding” and were asked to get an outfit from the store and explain why we chose it from accessories to shoes etc.

was really simple, manager was really friendly and the whole team were open. Was more of a meeting than an interview where we just discussed our favourite products and ways in which to upsell.
