Group interview with role play. Acted out possible scenarios that would happen on the shop floor in a small group. No 1-1 interview. Was then called later on to say I received the job

Very enjoyable process with people that cared about my attitude as much as my skill. Very transparent about the job, the department and the company. Perhaps it could have been faster, but I appreciate there were a lot of people to organise for.
