River Island interview questions

That was a group interview. Took around 1,5 h. We had ice breaker so you have to introdiuce yourself and said who you would take on party. After all we had to play roles - customer vs advisor and swap them.

Initially I filled out an application online, then its automatically checked against a system criteria which sends you an interview to a recruitment event if you match the criteria. Then the recruitment event is seperated into a 1:1 interview which s filled with availabilty and situational questions then you have to choose an outfit for a specific customer profile (i.e a mom who has recently had a child but wants to be fashionable)
