River Island interview questions

Very simple, called me up after applying asking when I was free. Attended an interview within a couple of days, then had a paid three hour testing period to learn how the workplace works (I didn't learn much other than the fire exits in this time, I then had to learn how everything works within the first few weeks of the job - not a bad thing but not how it was explained to have worked).

Phone call interview. They ask you what you know about the company, a time where you had to overcome a difficult task and previous experiences in retail. You also need to know why you want the role.
