I applied online. I interviewed at River Island (Altrincham, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a really relaxed environment, two employees interviewing us, they were very welcoming and friendly. They initially did the standard icebreaker with us and went through River Islands WOW ideals along with a bit about their history and where they are going as a company and brand. The majority of the time they allowed us to chat between ourselves whilst they assessed us, they also prompted us to ask questions to one another e.g. why do you want to work here etc. we also did a selling exercise where we were put into groups of two and had to take it in turns to act out being the buyer and seller. overall everyone so friendly and made the experience a good one whether i get the job or not.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at River Island (Wolverhampton, Inglaterra) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was definitely a lot of fun. There was a bout 11 of us including one guy and four members of staff including the manager. They were all so friendly. They introduced themselves first to make us feel more comfortable and then we went around the group and did the same. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Then the manager went on to tell us about the WOW Factors which are also found in the link in one of the emails. Then we got into pairs (one of the other interviewees were paired with a staff because of the odd number) and then each pair was given a card with a celebrity and an occasion and we were sent off to find an outfit for that celebrity. Then we presented it to the group. We all enjoyed it. Then we had the chance to ask questions. It took about an hour all in all. Got a call the very next day saying I got the job!
