River Island interview questions

I had my interview on Thursday. It was pretty relaxed and there was about 25 of us and we all sat in the store. The store manager explained what River island is about and what the jobs consist of. She then took our names and the hours we can do and asked to see our passports. Remember to bring your passport or birth certificate otherwise you won't be interviewed. We were given a group icebreaker which was to explain why we chose River Island, what we could bring to the company, an interesting fact about ourselves and why we chose the outfit we were wearing. We were then given a pair excersise, one of us had to be the customer and the other was the sales advisor. Me and my partner had to pick an outfit and do a role play. The manager came round and observed every pair. After this the manager sat us all back down and asked if we had any questions (make sure to ask the manager a question so you're remembered). The interview took around an hour.

Filled in online application, next day got an email to go to a recruitment event! Today I went to this event and although it was different to other interviews. There was a constant battle to get your voice heard. In a small room. With 26 people. I couldn't even work with the 'team' I was put into because they were shouting over what I had to say. Literally everyone was just shouting over each other. At this point I gave up.
