Group interview held in-store. The interview required demonstration of good improvisation and customer interaction skills that are assessed during a sale pitch for an outfit of your choosing. Had to complete a basic workplace decision assessment prior to interview.

Quick interview, only a handful of questions. Ensure you research the company as they asked questions on what I knew about them. Wear smart, formal clothing. Be able to explain why you applied for the role and how you are suitable.
Group interview. A group questioning followed by a role play where we were split into pairs and had to 'upsell' items to our partners. As a group we then fed back what outfits and items we had managed to sell, and we all gave feedback on our opinions and experiences with our partners.
