group interview, there was around 10 of us in total and they brought us into a room where we were all asked to stand up and tell a few things about ourselves. It was mostly based around customer service questions so it is important to research good customer service techniques if you do not already know some. We then had to pick an outfit for a given scenario and say why we picked it.

Quick interview, only a handful of questions. Ensure you research the company as they asked questions on what I knew about them. Wear smart, formal clothing. Be able to explain why you applied for the role and how you are suitable.
Group interview. A group questioning followed by a role play where we were split into pairs and had to 'upsell' items to our partners. As a group we then fed back what outfits and items we had managed to sell, and we all gave feedback on our opinions and experiences with our partners.
