Interview
only took 1 hour, aprox 15 people there. Wasn't interested in work history what they wanted and mentioned was people who was CONFIDENT and showed their personality. The louder and bold you are and the more you stand out, the better. They're just looking for someone who they wouldn't mind working with, so fun people. 3 tasks in the interview. 1st one was 2 truths and a lie about yourself and others guessed which was lie. 2nd bit was to discuss with a partner why you want to work at river island (no managers were listening so it was pretty pointless tbh) and 3rd task was in groups of 3 pick an outfit out for a kid or adult (managers decide who they give you) and that's just to test your fashion sense. That's it basically and they called me an hour later saying I got the job!

Interview
Group interview of around 15. First task was saying your name a bit about you out loud, just general information it seems like name age what you do. Then the second task was writing down good customer service and bad customer service in your little group and reading it out to the group. During this, they are checking to see what you say, but try not to talk over anyone but definitely stand out. The second task was getting clothes from the shop floor presenting your outfit and explaining your choice. I don’t believe they cared too much about your previous experience but rather your personality.

Fine, questions not always relevant but seems like a personality test I suppose. Nice enough interview in general. Quite quick interview, didn’t end up getting the job though , oh well

Interview
Interviewer was very nice and created a relaxed atmosphere. Questions weren't vague and helpful to help me along with the answers. Staff seemed friendly and i look forward to my position here.
